Walking at Green Lake on March 24th, the nature scene was robust. First, I saw these two waterbirds approaching, a scene I call “Friends” (click images for high resolution):

Then, I caught this heron as it was taking off (click image forĀ  high-res):

And, a Bald Eagle arrived but took too high a perch for me. In the past, I’ve caught great photos of Bald Eagles at Green Lake:
